Fabric care - lingerie & swimwear
Chez Mademoiselle.com offers a selection of quality products designed to last over time. Often made in delicate fabrics such as silk, satin or lace, Chez-Mademoiselle.com provides helpful tips to extend the longevity of your products.
Fabric care for lingerie
- Hand washing is highly recommended
- If your garment is machine washable, use a lingerie net on a cold gentle machine wash
- Use mild detergent
- Do not wring, soak or bleach
- Do not tumble dry
- Drip dry in shade
- Do not iron
- Do not dry clean
- Avoid contact with rough surfaces as this may cause pulling
- We recommend that you rinse immediately after use.
- Close the staple bra before washing
- Basques, corsets, stockings and bustiers must only be hand washed
- The thinner your stockings, the more delicate it will be to wash. Do not tumble dry or iron, which alters the elasticity. Avoid using fabric softener for thigh high stockings, as it will reduce the adhering silicone bands power
Fabric care for swimwear
- Hand washing is recommended or cold gentle machine wash separately in washing net
- Use mild detergent
- Do not wring, soak or bleach
- Do not tumble dry
- Drip dry in shade
- Do not leave rolled up wet
- Rinse immediately after use
- Do not iron
- Do not dry clean
- Avoid contact with rough surfaces as this may cause pulling to swimwear
- Sunscreen and fake tanning products will mark and damage swimwear. Take extra care when using these products and always ensure they are completely dry before they come in contact with your swimwear
It is always best to follow the label instructions and symbols on garments
