A suitable bra is essential to keep breasts firm and "in shape". It is important to regularly take one measurements so that the bra is like a second skin and always offers correct support.
Here are our tips on how to take your measurements.
How to determine your size :
> Bra (French Size)
it is necessary to take two simple measurements (If you are unsure between two sizes, choose the largest one.)
- Measure your breast size (see diagram above)
This measure is used to determine the depth of the cap. - Measure your chest size (see diagram)

For example if your chest circumference (below chest) (2) is 75 cm then your bra size to order is 90.
And if your breast size (1) is 90, then your ideal cup size is B then your bra size is 90B.
